The New Watergate Hotel

The Watergate Hotel is being completely renovated and upon completion will be a premier five-star hotel with views of the Potomac River. Amenities will include a luxury spa / health club and world class restaurant.

The Watergate complex includes three luxury apartment buildings with more than 600 apartments, and two office buildings. The complex's shopping mall hosts Saks Jandel, Valentino, Yves Saint-Laurent, and a grocery store. The Watergate was designed in the 1960s by Italian architect Luigi Moretti and is adjacent to the Kennedy Center.
